The Room™ is operated by UNIQ Marketing and Counsulting FZCO. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

Paid membership may include access to a member directory or profile system.

what you are looking for

areas where you can help other members

You should only include information you are comfortable sharing with other members.

Member directory information must not be scraped, exported, resold or used for unsolicited mass marketing.

payments and renewals;

events, masterclasses, masterminds and retreats;

membership opportunities;

important service information.

Where permitted, we may also send newsletters, invitations, offers, event updates and other marketing communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar messaging channels.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided.

For SMS messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the message.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending essential messages relating to an active membership, payment, event booking, application or service you have requested.

The Room™ does not normally store full credit or debit card details.

We may retain transaction details, payment status, invoices and other records necessary for membership administration, accounting and legal purposes.

Private roundtables, masterminds or confidential member discussions must not be recorded by members without permission.

One thing I would add separately on the website before launch is a cookie consent banner if Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or similar tracking is running. That is separate from this Privacy Policy and should match the actual tools installed on the site.
